State Park Hoops

A. Be a current member of Academy of Model
Aeronautics with current AMA insurance.

B. Comply with all park rules, regulations and laws
by any municipality, county, state, or federal authority having
jurisdiction including but not limited to Texas Parks & Wildlife and US Army Corps of Engineers.

C. Pay all normal entrance and use fees when
entering the park at any time.

D. At least one observer in addition to the pilot
will be present at all times to watch for full scale aircraft in the
vicinity of the airfield.

E. A radio receiver capable of receiving aircraft
frequencies will be on hand at all times during flight operations and
monitored for full scale aircraft in the vicinity of the airfield.

F. All model aircraft will immediately land and be
removed to a distance of at least 125 feet from the center line of the runway any time full scale aircraft are in the vicinity of the airfield.

G. Vehicle parking will be limited to the old
taxiway and no closer than 125 feet from the center line of the runway. The Park Manager or his representative may further limit parking at any
time.

H. Any and all conflicts with park visitors, full scale aircraft, Texas
Parks & Wildlife, US Army Corps of Engineers, and Texas Department of
Transportation Aviation Division will be resolved in favor of the other
party
