The regular meeting was called to order at 7:05 pm by President John Miller.

The minutes of the previous meeting were posted to the web page by Donna Huse.

Treasurer’s Report by Ron Williams.
The total cost of the Christmas party was $556.00, including the fee for the use of the State Park lodge and food trays.  The current WAMAC bank balance was $1157.00.  However, many of the 2010 dues that have been paid have not been deposited yet.

Old Business:
There was a good turnout for the Christmas party.  The gift exchange was a lot of fun, the food was great, and several members got in some fun flying.
Indoor flying is still being enjoyed by on the order of 10 to 15 flyers each Sunday.

New Business:
After a discussion of whether we should formally invite other clubs, in addition to the Valley Miles club, to join our indoor flying is was decided that we should keep these invitations informal or as word of mouth between individuals in the clubs.
Ed Snow was presented a Certificate of Appreciation by President John Miller for his contributions to the club as the 2009 President.
